3.1 Eligibility Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if:

  • Defect/Damage: The item arrived damaged or is faulty.
  • Mismatch: You received an item that does not match your digital order confirmation.
  • Condition: The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original, recyclable packaging.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene, the following items are strictly non-returnable once opened:

  • Perishable goods (if not handled properly post-delivery).
  • Personal care items (soaps, balms, oils) where the seal is compromised.
  • Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale.”

3.3 The Return Process

  1. Notification: Email support@greensgully.store with your Order ID and photographic proof if the item is damaged.
  2. Verification: Our team will review the claim within 48 hours.
  3. Logistics: We will arrange for a pickup. Please ensure the package is sealed correctly.

3.4 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: We love rewarding sustainable choices! We offer 110% of the item’s value in GreensGully Store Credit for all returns, which never expires.
  • Monetary Refunds: If a refund is requested for a damaged/incorrect item, it will be processed via Bank Transfer or your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
